"Recently I was able to enjoy a holiday at the South Coast NSW- in the great rock oyster country.

When opening oysters with the normal oyster knife, a friend showed me a "Whatmans Oyster Opener" he had purchased on a previous visit.

What a great invention, the Whatman Oyster Opener made it so easy we sampled even more oysters, in fact it is so easy my wife shucks the oysters while I have another beer.
