Instruction 1
Pierce the shell approximately 5-10mm in.
Instruction 2
Place oyster in hand flat side up. Insert bottom blade into hole.
Instruction 3
Slide the blade across to cut the top muscle and then lever the lid up.
Instruction 4
Lift top shell off.
Instruction 6
Rinse and enjoy!
